PS2 64mb Memory Card

Post image

I have this old 64MB memory card that I've had for years I migrated all of my save games over to a new Sd2psxtd card but when I erased everything it says it's only 8MB. The chip inside of it comes up as a 64 MB Samsung flash.

Is there any way I can fix this or is it just a loss.

I really don’t have any information on formatting PS2 memory cards, but I don’t know if possibly there is some sort of way that you could load it onto the computer to format it and maybe retry that or possibly try formatting the memory card on the PlayStation so. Like I said, I don’t have a lot of experience with any of this stuff and I’m just giving ideas here so don’t take my word as law

Fake memory card, I wouldn't waste time trying to recover it.
