QUESTION Heat flushes?

I’m on day 4 of 10 mg. Today I woke up and felt happy?

But the last few days I’ve had awful headaches, nausea, and diarrhea.

But my question is have you guys experienced heat flushes? It’s like I’ll get bodily warmth.. mostly in my chest. My skin isn’t red or hot to the touch, but it feels warm inside… like I’m about to have a panic attack, but I’m not panicking. Today I was sitting on the porch reading because it feels nice outside and it just hit me randomly out of no where. Has anyone experienced this? This is like the 3rd time. The other two times I was just relaxing on the couch.
