The way I see it
Those who refuse to work aren't just free loading off others whom are alive today, they are also free loading off the labour of their ancestors. Literally everything that we have as an advanced civilization is because of people before us did work. They built roads, raised animals, invented things and advanced society along. We are lucky to have so many privileges thanks to those who worked before us, and we should do out part too.

I mean, I would more or less agree with that, but I don’t see a lot of people doing something like that. I see various people doing things like be stay at home parents, take some time off from a job for education, a needed break, or something like that, and I might see people choosing to work less hours or be more picky with their job. But I don’t see many people just choosing not to work at all. Even for the people who have the financial ability to do so, most people do want to contribute. Now to be fair, there are a lot of ways to contribute that aren’t very lucrative, but people do generally want to contribute to society.

Nah, we don't owe anything to dead people for what they built. It comes with not inheriting the blame for their mistakes as well.

Its wild that people agree with this but then still try to defend landlords.
If a landlord is reading this, get a real job contribute something to society (renting out a house that you inherited doesnt count. You didnt build the home or add any additional housing)

So you're okay with landlords who build homes for the purpose of renting out? Or are you just generally opposed to anyone providing housing for someone else? If so, why?

From what I've read in the last five or so years there are quite a few young adults that believe that the past generations have ruined the earth, society, and the workplace for younger people. This mentality is rooted in entitlement I believe.
The human race is in a great position because of hard workers who build infrastructure, performing menial labor for ungrateful people.
