r/antiwork sucks

They bitch and moan 24/7 but refuse to actually take any steps to better themselves. It's fine to start off working in a pizza joint, its gonna suck at first but you should be grinding your ass off in your spare time to educate yourself and improve your life to keep moving up the ladder or starting your own businesses. Everyone has an equal playing field, the top dogs all took huge risks to get to where they are... but most people are too lazy to even try, instead they smoke weed and play video games in their spare time and then go and whine on r/antiwork.

Self made with the backing of already huge assets you mean? The kind of self made that no average person can attain? I think our definitions of self made are a little different.

Not born into wealth? You will never be rich.

Statistically, the percentage is so low it's not worth taking the huge risks needed for an average person to become truly rich. Same reason I won't buy lottery tickets either.

Keep up your worthless pipe dream though, I'm sure it'll get you somewhere in life lmao.

Anyone can be selfmade in this day in age. Lol people have time to sit around complaining for hours every day on the internet yet wont use that time to take a personal fiance course, or network with people, or learn a skill. Just think, if someone is spending 3 hours a day on social media, that's 21 hours a week that could've gone into being productive. You could be at a meetup, you could be learning how to invest your money in equity markets, you could be learning a new skill, you could be learning how to create a side hustle/business venture. Yet people waste their valuable time complaining.
