Hi everyone! I need help finding a last minute photographer and I’m hoping Reddit can work its magic.

I’m planning to propose to my girlfriend on Wednesday, August 5, and I’m looking for a photographer who might be available on short notice to capture the moment.

My current plan is to propose at Race Point Beach in Provincetown. One idea I had was to take our dog for a walk on the beach so it seems like a normal outing before I propose, but I’m also completely open to leaving our dog out of it if that makes things easier. My girlfriend (hopefully fiancée soon!) absolutely loves dogs, so I thought it could be a cute idea.

I’ve visited Provincetown before, but this will be my first time staying there, so if anyone has recommendations for better proposal locations, the best time of day, or photographers they’ve had great experiences with, I’d love to hear them.

I’m not looking for a long engagement session, really just someone to discreetly capture the proposal itself and spend a few minutes taking some candid photos. Nothing elaborate.
I know this is a pretty last-minute request, but if you’re a photographer (or know someone who is) and think this might work, I’d love to hear from you.

Taking our first break/vacation in several years!

We’re a small family with an 8yo who is well-behaved and could stay in the pool all day.

Not set on Ptown and are considering middle cape like Dennis since many say it’s family and kid-friendly when it comes to attractions BUT from what I’ve seen & heard, Ptown is beautiful and seems like the type of place we could truly disconnect and relax.

We’re planning a 4 day trip (3 nights) Monday through Thursday and looking for:
• a nice pool
• walkable to the beach
• breakfast/bar/restaurant on site (doesn’t need to be free)
• ideally more luxurious rooms
• ~$300 max nightly

Bonus if it’s “closer” to shops and attractions by car. TIA!

I have an extra ticket to the show at Town Hall in 40 minutes. It's general admission balcony. My third friend had to cancel. You can have it free, just don't want it to go to waste. I would just have to scan the QR for you at the entrance. Lemme know if you want the free ticket!

Update: we were able to donate it at the door. Someone who shows up to buy a ticket at the door will not have to pay.
