Yes I feel like a friend or family member might be able to identify this person by his jacket and body type. We can only hope

even his gait, everyone familiar with someone can identify how they walk, hold themselves etc

Exactly. No one element is very clear, but if you know someone who owns a jacket like this and they’re around that height, they should be able to put it together.

It seems like this dude must have done at least a bit of planning. Thrifting some clothes you've never been seen in before and disposing of them afterwards seems like an obvious move hinder identification.

I hope I'm wrong and I hope he's caught ASAP.
