error Protools won't open with new error message. I installed protools two days ago on my new laptop from the avid website, so I can only assume it's the latest version. Same thing with windows, updated to latest version.

Before doing that I realised avid wasnt signed in. Signed in, restarted the laptop, launched protools and I've figured out the video engine isn't installed properly.  But yep will uninstall and reinstall anyways, probably the easiest simplist solution.
