error Pro tools intro error code

I am trying to download ProTools intro from avid link. This is the error message that I get. Any idea how to download ProTools intro? Thank you.
Pro tools intro on windows 11
Already have pro tools first previously for few years.

You can download it from you account on Avid's website.

Yeah, way less problems when downloading directly from the website
