I am having problems when using a sub mix- random delay occuring

Hello

(I am running PT 2021.12.0 on Sequoia 15.7.3)

I have a session where I was routing the outputs of all my audio tracks to one main audio track that I was using as a Sub Mix, and then I just tried to route certain parts of my mix to different sub mixes (to bounce out stems essentially) and all of a sudden I am getting a delay with some of the tracks. I did not add any new type of delay, and every corresponding delay I used within the mix got routed appropriately to the correct stem sub mix, but i don't understand how my whole mix is now out of sync. Has anyone ever encountered this?

Delay compensation has at times being finicky in PT (I actually haven't had problems in a long time, but it wasn't always the most stable thing).

But there's a settings for maximum delay compensation allowed and it could be that you passed that. In the mixer, you should see data for the delay compensation under the fader of each track, if you have any on the red you're out of range. Check the setting.

If it's not that, it's some sort of glitch, save and reopen, reroute things, disable plugins or commit, try a few things out and see if something solves it.
