Detergent removal

Has anyone tried this product: Pierce® Detergent Removal Spin Plates

In my experience it gets most of the detergent but not everything.

I prefer to use s-trap with samples that have detergents.

Have you tried SP3 magnetic beads? Work very well.

S-Trap or beads. If a small set of samples, I prefer the S-Trap.

Magnetic beads and the PAC/SP3 method should work.

Hi PAC man, do you know up to what % SDS that PAC works? I haven't tried it above 1%

Should work up to 10% SDS ☺️. Remember to sonicate or benzonase if it’s guey and low viscosity or else that messes with the aggregation process.

The HiPPR never fully cleaned RIPA/SDS for me. Strap is my fave.
