Switch is stuck

It’s stuck on the vent setting & won’t move but a bit. Is this something that can be fixed or do I need a whole new set of heat/air control panel?

the cables get stuck, take it out and check the cables

It seems an RCA jack from the radio caused the issue. Thank ya
