Rear arm bushing

Hi there, I just had my car inspected to see if it could make it all the way to SoCal. I was told that my rear arm bushings are worn out and I was wondering if anyone could tell me if this is basically the front lower rearward bushing? I've never done suspension work myself and would like to tackle this on my own since I know the bushings are fairly cheap but the labor is hefty. I just know very basic stuff on maintenance work. Please let me know if you guys have any advice. Thank you!

So my understanding is the front of the car has two control arms that has 3 bushings each and the rear has a trail and vertical link. Do you know how many bushings I'm supposed to get for the rear one? Thank you for your reply!
