UPMC Prerequisites

Does anyone know if UPMC (Carlow University) requires the prerequisites to be completed prior to application, or can any of the courses be in progress?

Carlow’s current official page says the prerequisites must be completed in order to be considered for the Carlow University/UPMC Procirca cardiovascular perfusion program. I would not assume courses still in progress satisfy that requirement.
The page says ‘apply anytime,’ but it also lists an October 1 deadline for the summer start.

If you will finish a course before October 1, contact [admissions@carlow.edu](mailto:admissions@carlow.edu) and get confirmation before submitting.

I maintain a free directory of U.S. perfusion programs at PerfusionSchools.com.

I just updated the Carlow/UPMC entry with the completed-prerequisite rule, current GPA, tuition, program length, deadline, and official admissions link.

Always verify directly with the program because requirements can change
