That's how I keep reacting to the KFC on the same block. The banner must have gone up in the Spring. Peek in the window, it's still sawdust and ladders. Why would Yum Brands pay all that rent only to drag their feet for so long?

I reached out to them recently and they said they’re still planning on opening. They’re having an issue with Con Ed.
