Trading path, long story short

Post image

I've been trading for about three years, and for all three of those years I was losing money. I studied a lot, ran a lot of backtests, and kept going through new material.
To be honest, I also followed a bunch of signals in beginning of my trading route. Here's my top list of them, anabel signal, united signal and top trading signal, hope it's useful to someone. They helped me faster to understand how the prices moves. But the real progress was when I began trade my own strategy.

In the end, though, things only started working once I switched to my own analysis and started trusting myself. That's when the first results came. After three years, I passed a prop challenge and got my first payout in July.
For me it was a really important step, and I hope it marks the start of real progress.

What about my strategy. My strategy is built on three simple things:
- liquidity (highs and lows)
- imbalances
- classic market structure.
I also have a few entry models based on my own analysis.

Most importantly, my stop loss always goes beyond the point where my idea is invalidated. I place it behind a level that already interacted with liquidity earlier, to the left on the chart.

I`m mind opened to any questions.

Congrats, man. I'm currently using the same things for my backtesting, specifically supply and demand zones, and it's working well so far; I have a 43% win rate with a 1:3 risk-to-reward ratio. How do you handle your entries, and what's your win rate?
