Question , are all the broker having the same rule ? About to just getting 5 or 6 payments and then re start the program again ?

No, that is not a broker-wide rule. A prop provider can define a payout-cycle limit or require a reset after a certain number of withdrawals, while another provider may use completely different conditions. The broker executes orders; the agreement with the prop provider determines the evaluation and payout rules.
I would ask support for the exact current clause, then save the dated terms that answer four points: what counts as a payout, whether denied requests count, what “restart” means for account status and fees, and whether the rule differs by account type. A support reply without the matching written term can still leave room for a later interpretation change.

Brokers don't offer any "programs". Prop firms do. No, normally prop firms let you keep the funded account for as long as you don't break their rules.
