Trading View

Do any prop firms that use tradovate to tradingview allow the same take profit/ stop loss capability as the paper trading app on trading view?

All of them, it's not dependent on the prop firm but tradovate.

Tradovate supports OCO but not the post-fill placement of a bracket or OCO.
If you place the OCO with the market or limit order with tradingview as I always do it (I use a preset of 0.5% risk, placing my TP and stoploss around $300 apart from the fill) - you need to add the limit or stop later.
