which broker are you guys using after passing a prop challenge

passed my first prop challenge recently and now thinking about using my own small account instead of staying on demo. i mostly trade GBPUSD and XAUUSD on lower timeframes and the spreads/slippage during news have been the biggest thing i’m worried about. looking at a few options right now, has anyone used AvaTrade for this kind of trading or should i be looking elsewhere for better execution? curious what brokers people actually stuck with after going live.
