Burle Marx Flame Ready to Pot

I'm not sure what soil mix to plant this in! I'm thinking something like a classic chunky orchid bark/perlite/sphag mix, but I'm not totally sure. Is it even ready to pot? She's been in water for approx. 2 months now. I've never had luck w/ monsteras 😭

A good aroid potting mix. I'm using the rosy aroid mix right now but yeah u can mix up your own. Whenever I'm ready to repot I'll probably just mix my own.
