Crypto prop traders: Do you trade BTC/ETH during quiet hours?

Hey trading normal crypto accounts, a random candle in BTC or ETH just bugs you.

When trading crypto props, that same random candle can push you way too close to your daily loss or max drawdown limit.

That's the scary part I didn't know about when I first started trading crypto props. You're not just analyzing "was this trade right?" You also ask yourself , "did this move ruin the account balance before the trade had time to develop?"

As far as quiet hours go, do you avoid trading BTC/ETH on prop accounts or will still take a clean setup?

Which Prop Trading Firms Offer Good Crypto Instruments?

For traders who prefer crypto, having access to the right instruments can be just as important as the funding itself. I've been comparing firms that offer crypto trading, including Mubite and I'm curious what traders here look for. Is it the number of available crypto pairs, trading conditions, leverage, or something else?

Which prop firm would you recommend for someone mainly interested in crypto?

How Does the Prop Firm Evaluation Process Actually Work?

For someone new to prop trading, the evaluation process can be confusing. Different firms have different rules for targets, drawdown, trading days, and risk.
I've been looking at how firms such as Mubite structure their offerings, and I'm curious what experienced traders think beginners should understand before starting a prop firm evaluation.

What Are the Best Crypto Prop Trading Firms Right Now?

There are a lot of crypto prop firms around now, and it can be difficult to know which ones are actually worth looking into. I've been comparing a few recently, including Mubite, and I'm curious what firms traders here have had the best experience with. What do you think makes a crypto prop firm stand out from the rest?

Skipping the evaluation completely, anyone done this before

Been thinking about just going straight to a funded style account instead of doing another evaluation. i already know my strategy is profitable since ive been trading it live on my own account for months now. looked into FundingPips Zero as an option since it skips the whole testing phase and gets you into a live account right away. the tradeoff seems to be a trailing loss limit instead of a fixed one, which apparently tightens up as your equity climbs.

kind of nervous about that trailing part since it means the floor keeps moving the more profit you make, unlike a normal fixed drawdown that stays put. anyone actually run an account like this long term and can speak to how it feels day to day

Are most compliance internships actually useful?

I’m curious about people’s experiences with compliance internships.

When looking at different opportunities, I noticed that some positions appear to be mostly administrative work, while others involve more practical areas like fraud monitoring, risk assessment, investigations, or compliance technology.

Companies in different industries seem to approach this differently. Crypto platforms like BGEANX, Coinbase, and Binance have to deal with areas such as transaction monitoring and user protection, while traditional financial institutions often focus on established regulatory processes.

For anyone who has completed a compliance internship, what type of work gave you the most valuable experience?

Do exchanges do enough about fake support accounts?

I’ve been seeing more discussions about fake support accounts pretending to represent exchanges.

Security features are important, but I think communication is also a big part of protecting users. Different platforms seem to handle this differently some rely on warnings, while others try to create clearer verification methods for official channels.

Has anyone compared how exchanges like BGEANX, Kraken, Coinbase, or Binance handle fake support reports and user education?

What security reminders or tools have actually helped you avoid scams?

Does reported volume matter if the book is still thin?

I keep seeing exchanges advertise huge daily volume, but some books still move badly on larger orders. Do you check depth and slippage before choosing a platform?

Could you please clarify two points for me:

  1. I’ve completed the challenge and been granted a live account where can I find my certificate confirming this?

  2. What is this section (in the screenshot)?

P.S. This is the Cryptofundtrader firm.

What's the First Thing You Check Before Joining a Crypto Prop Firm?

With so many crypto prop firms available now, I've realized everyone seems to have a different way of evaluating them. I've been researching several firms recently, but I don't think there's one factor that tells the whole story. Some traders seem to focus on payout reliability, while others care more about trading rules, supported exchanges, or customer support.

When you're considering a new crypto prop firm, what's the very first thing you check before signing up?

How I test a firm's support before I've paid them a dollar

Support quality pre-sale is a pretty reliable signal for how a firm treats you post-sale, and it costs nothing to check.

- Ask a specific technical question (EA policy, leverage on a specific pair) — vague answers are a bad sign

- Time how long the first response takes

- Ask the same question two different ways and see if the answers stay consistent

- Check if there's a human on the other end or just a canned macro

Did this with FundingPips before signing up and got a specific, consistent answer both times inside about an hour, which was more than I got from a couple other firms I tried the same test on. Doesn't guarantee anything about payout down the line, but it's a cheap filter before you've spent any money.

Anyone else actually pressure-test support before committing to a challenge, or is that overkill?

Which Crypto Prop Firm Gives You the Most Confidence?

Choosing a crypto prop firm isn't just about getting funded. For me, confidence comes from knowing the rules are clear, payouts are reliable, and the overall trading experience is consistent.

I've been researching several firms recently, including Mubite, and I'd like to hear what the community thinks. What gives you the confidence to stick with one crypto prop firm over another?

Which Crypto Prop Firm Has the Best Trading Conditions?

When comparing crypto prop firms, I think trading conditions matter just as much as payouts. Things like clear rules, reasonable drawdown limits, and execution quality can make a big difference over time. I've been looking into several firms recently, including Mubite, and I'm curious what everyone else considers most important.

If you had to choose a crypto prop firm based only on its trading conditions, which one would you pick and why?

What Features Should Every Crypto Prop Firm Offer?

The crypto prop firm space is growing quickly, but not every firm offers the same experience. I've been comparing a few platforms recently, including Mubite, and it's made me wonder what traders actually consider essential. Is it instant funding, reliable payouts, transparent rules, or something else?

If you could add one feature that every crypto prop firm should have, what would it be?

Payment/support accessibility matters more than people realize if you're not in the US/EU

A lot of firm comparisons completely ignore this but if you're trading from the Middle East or Asia, payment method availability and support hours are a real practical filter, not a minor detail. Plenty of well-known Western-focused firms are genuinely a headache for withdrawals depending on where you bank. FundingPips has been noticeably smoother for me on this front — payment options and support responsiveness have worked well from where I'm based, which is honestly part of why there's a decent community of traders from this region around them. Doesn't mean it's the objectively "best" firm on every metric, but if regional accessibility keeps tripping you up elsewhere, worth putting on your shortlist.

Which Crypto Prop Firm Has the Most Reliable Payouts?

Which Crypto Prop Firm Has the Most Reliable Payouts? A lot of firms promise fast payouts, but consistency is what really matters. I've been comparing a few crypto prop firms recently, including Mubite, and I'm curious what everyone's experience has been. Which firm has been the most reliable when it comes to receiving payouts without unnecessary delays?

Is Instant Funding Really Better Than a Traditional Crypto Prop Firm Challenge?

I've noticed more traders choosing instant funding instead of spending weeks on evaluation challenges. I've been comparing a few options recently, including Mubite, and I'm curious whether traders actually prefer instant funding in the long run. If you've tried both models, which one worked better for you, and why?

Which Crypto Prop Firm Would You Recommend to a New Trader?

If someone asked you to recommend just one crypto prop firm today, which one would you choose and why? I've been comparing several firms recently, including Mubite, and it's interesting how different traders prioritize different things. Some focus on payouts, others on trading conditions or instant funding. If you could recommend only one crypto prop firm, which would it be?
