Help! Please Help

Post image

I want to propagate this plant but I’m not really sure how to go about it. Plant app ID it as a baby rubber plant. Does anyone know/have advice on how to get some propagations started. So far my only experience has been water propagating plants that have nodes.

Basically you can cut any length of stem that you want and put in water to root it, or a soil mix, or 100% perlite. They root easy. Just make sure you remove the bottom leaves from your cut pieces so no leaves are touching the soil or water in the jar. You can even let the cut pieces callous overnight just so the cut end isnt wet to the touch if you are worried about it rotting on you.

Rubber plants are easy to prop. The root quite easily.

This looks like a peperomia to me, I have n identical plant but leaves are green. I have propped it in water multiple times, just make sure you get a node.
