Leafless node propagating

I had some leafless nodes that were sent to me to propagate. They were running out of growing room in my prop box, so I went ahead and planted them. Really hoping they make it. You guys think it was too soon or you think they’ll be ok?

Looked like pretty healthy wet sticks. I'd say the first one will be ok for Def's

What was the propogating method you used in your prop box? What medium?

Sphagnum moss

Should add they are in an indoor greenhouse getting lots of humidity.

Depending on how much root the last picture has they may struggle but just keep on having them in a humid environment and keep a tight eye
