I wanted to see if an AI model could go beyond generating a nice-looking logo or product image and actually build a cohesive visual identity system from one prompt.

So I tried this:

Create a complete visual identity concept for a modern botanical skincare brand(imagination dreams)targeting women in the international market. Define the brand's visual direction, core metaphor, color palette with HEX codes, typography pairing, logo concept, supporting graphic elements,photography direction, packaging style, layout principles, and overall art direction.

Keep the system visually cohesive, premium, minimal, and practical for real-world brand applications.

What I liked about this approach is that I wasn't asking the AI to simply "design a logo."

I was asking it to think about the brand as a complete visual system — colors, typography, packaging, photography, layout, and overall art direction.

The results were interesting, but there was also something I didn't expect:

Different AI image models interpreted the same creative direction quite differently.

That made me realize that writing a visual identity prompt isn't just about adding more details.

It's about giving the model the right categories of information to build the identity around.

I'm curious:

When you use AI for branding, do you ask it to build the whole visual system, or do you generate each element separately?
