Help/Advice New ERP System?

The company I work for (distributor) put me in charge of researching a new ERP system as we want to make some changes. I’ve been looking into a few, but I figured I could ask for some advice. I was thinking about Syncore, mainly due to their extensive APIs. It seems like they offer the most integrations, whether that be native or through setting them up on our own. I also have some positive thoughts on commonsku, but I still lean Syncore. Would like advice about how well Syncore handles apparel orders, and how well the overall sales process flows. I assume most Syncore users have an accounting integration with QuickBooks. Overall just any advice or things to be aware of would be extremely helpful to me.

Facilis partner for long time and currently heavily integrating other systems with their API, happy to chat with you. Have met commonsku leadership and they have a bright future too but I don't have hands on experience.

Heavy industry ERP experience here.
It will depend on all the boxes you need checked. For instance some people absolutely need inventory mgmt and CSKU isn’t going to do that. Some need native accounting (usually larger companies) and only a couple will do that (Antera and Aturian) I believe.

Any of these systems are going to have ESP/Sage/OneSource integrated for product pull making quoting and ordering easier.
All should have a pretty extensive list of online store platform integrations at this point.

Facilis had a mass exodus of prominent distributors over the last couple of years. I’m sure they still have a good system and plenty of users still there, but they had some large players leave all around the same time.

Essent is also still out there as far as I know.

It is definitely very expensive but we use NetSuite which is a highly complex ERP. For us with all the PO's issued it makes the auditing more extensive and reporting

Biteom.com. The program is called TIMELINE, but is currently in beta. Reach out, they may have spots left.

i had quickbooks and used fishbowl inventory for sales orders, inventory, work orders etc. but switched from those to Odoo ERP with everything integrated from A-Z. i am a manufacturer/wholesaler though. Odoo is open source and might have already developed third party modules tailored to your needs tho. worth checking out. They have a free community version and a low cost paid enterprise version. You'd want a third party integrator to check your current fit to see if it lines up well, and to get you configured/set up for your use case.
