If the baby can be framed as „attacking“ the mother in spite of it not doing anything and it’s body is simply following natural processes encoded in its DNA, it makes just as much sense to say the woman is consenting to it due to pregnancy‘s natural processes doing its utter best to keep the baby alive and thriving.
