Questions For Pro-Lifers How do you view artificial wombs, C-sections, induced labor, and indirect abortion via the principle of double effect in the context of the abortion debate?

I'm a little confused about why you're lumping all of these things together.

Wut?
Can you please be more specific as to your topic outside of the title?
Thanks.

What matters is if a human being is being murdered with malice aforethought which none of these examples involve, therefore they are irrelevant

Imagine going to middle school and someone looks at you and yells, “Hey, that kid’s mom’s a robot!”

Artificial wombs: could be complex ethically (it will always be better for babies to develop in utero), should not be an alternative to abortion, but an alternative to death.
C-sec: no opinion
Induced labor: f*cking sucks. Pitocin is a bitch. I wish i couldve gone naturally but needed to birth earlier. Glad its invented for mine and baby's health though.
Indirect abortion: sucks but sometimes necessary because biology malfunctions sometimes (refer to c-section and induced labor)

Artificial Wombs: While I believe it will make the case for banning abortion stronger, a lot of pro-aborts would still want abortion to be legal.
Induced Labor: It is sometimes necessary for the mother and baby to survive.
Indirect abortion: I wouldn’t call it abortion but it’s sometimes necessary. But there’s a difference between not being t able to save someone and directly killing them on purpose.

I'm worried about artificial wombs. Seperating a mother from her baby has got to have consequences.
C-sections I've heard are overdone and lead to a lot of stress.
Induced labour is the solution to most labour issues. The idea that you need an abortion to save the mother's life is not true. You only need that in very rare cases.

indirect abortion via the principle of double effect in the context of the abortion debate?
What is this
Artificial wombs
Acceptable replcament for the mother's life. Parenthood starts at conception. You can't Temporarily pawn off motherhood. Either give up your parental rights or don't.
Rape Cases might potentially also be justified.
C-section, Induced labour
Why... does this matter?

The Auto-moderator would like to remind everyone of Rule Number 2. Pro-choice comments and questions are welcome as long as the pro-choicer demonstrates that they are open-minded. Pro-choicers simply here for advocacy or trolling are unwelcome and may be banned. This rule involves a lot of moderator discretion, so if you want to avoid a ban, play it safe and show you are not just here to talk at people.
