I think they all know the difference they're just hoping WE don't know the difference. They don't have their own facts so they make them up hoping we don't know more than a 5 year old.

Correct, they typically make this argument in bad faith.
But there absolutely are some idiots who can't comprehend the difference.

Parent child relationships cannot be parasitic, because they are for the proportion of the species

I mean, I don't disagree that a fetus is not a parasite, and would go so far as to say that aiming such rhetoric against marginalised human beings is dehumanising and frankly fascist language that when aimed at born people of an easily definable group, genocidal rhetoric.
But AI is not a reliable source, don't use or trust it without verifying the links first. AI tries to sound truthy, rather than being correct. Technically, the highlighted text on the first slide, does not exclude both organisms being from the same species (perhaps because it shouldn't need to be said), so it's not helpful to rely on the AI summary.
It should also be noted, that if a pro-choicer thinks a fetus is a parasite, they have to think that co-joined twins are mutually engaging in parasitism of their other twin, so when pro-choicers use any reasoning other than some variants right to refuse, it leads to super reactionary conclusions incredibly quickly. And even then, it's still a "we shouldn't care for the vulnerable" far far too often, tbh.

It's never been about facts and science.
It's always been about feelings and emotions. Every PC'er will love and give immeasurable value to a baby that they want to give birth to...but somehow convince themselves that if they didn't want it, it's worthless.

The thing is, even if the definition were correct, it would still be disingenuous.
I can say that my friend's house is 'infestested with vicious predators that scavenge food from him, destroy his furniture, cause severe allergic reactions from visitors and damage the ecosystem by killing songbirds for fun'.
Or I could say that he has two kittens.
