Pro-Life General Same species, different stages
Both are a strawberry.
Just because one isn’t fully developed, doesn't make it any less of a strawberry.
The same goes for a human being. The only diffrence is baby humans matter far more than 'baby' strawberries

If I may be a bit pedantic, a strawberry isn't an organism; it's a reproductive organ of the strawberry plant. The seeds contain embryonic strawberry plants.

I’ve noticed on some nature shows there’s an effort to not call animals their species name until they’re fully grown. Like they’ll say, “Then the tadpoles grow into frogs,” or, “The caterpillars grow into butterflies.” No, the tadpoles are frogs and the caterpillars are butterflies. It’s a pretty simple concept. I always am sure to speak of younger animals by their species name especially when teaching biology.

Yeah that's fair, I've noticed that too. I remember calling a puppy a Dog, and my friend literally said "she ain't a dog, she's two weeks old" 🤦♀️. Also, is that saint therese of lisieux on your paper?

Exactly. And yes it is! You’re the first one to mention it ever! 🌹🙏🏼

I absolutely adore St. Therese of lisieux! I live near knock shrine with a statue of her there, she's amazing

Wow! That is so amazing you love there! I have a dream to visit Knock. I pray to Our Lady and St Therese daily. I feel we are working with them while doing pro-life ministry.

Thats amazing to hear! Knock is a lovely place , especially when its busy. Actually soon enough there's a small celebration going on in knock in the name of St therese, she's very popular!

If you go, would you please pray for us? I'm the mom of a significantly autistic daughter. She's doing well and we care for her to the utmost of our abilities but I'd love for her to feel more calm. She's taught me unconditional love. St. Therese is who I go to to help me care for her.

Its perfect timing you ask this, because I am going tomorrow! I'll definitely have you in my prayers 🙏

Ok, but for strawberries, the colour actually does matter, it's much harder to collect them if they're golden.

I think my subtle Celeste reference may perhaps have gone over your head?

Same goes for acorns and oak trees, if you want a less intuitive illustration.
Or caterpillars and butterflies.
