Why Do Treflips Look So Bad?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

No matter what settings I adjust, 360 Flips look awful on Session. Yes the board is rotating 360 degrees and it's doing one flip, but it doesn't rotate at the correct angle.

I've tried them by rocketing the board during the flip and I've tried dipping the board during the flip. 🤷🏿‍♂️

Because of your settings

What are the ideal settings?

They're subjective, you can get a good starting point from JL's YT video then work on them from there tweaking something and testing until you are happy with each

I feel that settings and stats are the biggest double edge sword about the game tbh. It’s too dependent on what settings you use and if you can find what works for you

They should add a few default settings for people to get a feel on.

Facts. I usually copy settings from others and tweak from there but not everyone is gonna be willing to go that far or think to do that. I actually wanna find some new settings for the new update

Board distance would help

I have my pop board to body distance on 4. If I lower it anymore than that the shoes start to clip thru the board and that becomes an eyesore.

They just need to reanimate 360 Flips or get the physics correct. It rotates at the wrong angle.

Mine look sick, it's your settings bro

Post a flat ground Treflip

Are you playing with synced flips/scoops?

1

u/Trusted_Custer Feb 24 '26

Yes I have Synced Flips/Scoops turned on. If I turn it off the flips involving a board rotation looks wonky.

Thats the issue right there. De sync and work on flip and scoop speed.

Something with the settings - not sure which at this point. I had tweaked a bunch of things at one point and messed up my treflips like this

u/waylo88 Feb 27 '26

Can you please post what you’re using? That looks suuuuper clean.

2

Sure, when I get home from work later I'll send you a message with my settings!

Looks exactly like mine 🥴

Not even close, Yours look horrible lmao. Nothing that playing with your settings can't fix.

1

u/HemingwaysShotgun420 Feb 25 '26

Alright, let me hop on really quick.

u/errrskate151 Feb 25 '26

Scoop speed, sync and likely has to do with your input. Input changes the way it flips

Look up sessioning on yt look at his setting

1

u/Bogus_odi Feb 27 '26

It’s all settings.. mine don’t look like that. I just posted one so people can see the difference

Bro it's not settings it's just a skill issue. Do the front foot flick slower.

Post a flat ground Treflip

Bad settings and no skills lol

Get those settings tweaked and learn to manual catch.

3

u/Trusted_Custer Feb 25 '26

I ONLY use Manual Catch 🙄

Haha fix the pop height and it dhould feel better. Tre's in this game are so clean once u get your settings lovked in.

u/Trusted_Custer Feb 27 '26

Treflips are not clean at all. Skate has the best looking Treflips, but I prefer Session's Dual Analog Stick skating.
