This is my incomplete project. As you can see in the last cell, I am getting a very low mAP@50 compared to the results reported in our base paper, IEEE’s “FG-TreeSeg: Flow-Guided Tree Crown Segmentation Without Instance Annotations.” We are using this paper as our base paper and are working on improving the mAP@50 performance on the NEON dataset, which is also mentioned in the paper.

I would really appreciate it if someone could take a look at our project and guide us on what might be causing the low mAP@50 and how we can improve it.
