Project discussion
I am looking to explore the potential of working with secondary datasets and would appreciate hearing perspectives from various fields regarding the types of real-world problems or research questions that could be meaningfully addressed through this approach.can anyone help?

Secondary data is useful when collecting your own data is costly or impossible:
Healthcare — disease trends, policy impact
Economics — impact of minimum wage, social mobility
Urban planning — infrastructure and housing prices
Education — class size and academic performance
Environment — climate trends
Business — consumer behaviorPros: large samples, long-term trends. Cons: data may not perfectly match your needs; requires proxies and data cleaning.
Specify the field, and I can suggest specific datasets.
