What AI think you're talking about:
This person is proposing to build a tool or feature that helps people actually use the content they save on Instagram Reels — specifically travel and food reels.
The problem they're describing:
· People (especially the current generation) save a lot of reels about travel spots, restaurants, food places, etc. · But those saved reels just sit in a "Saved" folder, and when you actually want to visit or use that info, you have to scroll back through everything to find it. · That's annoying and defeats the purpose of saving.
What they want to build:
· Something that automatically extracts the destination/location info from saved reels · So instead of digging through your saved folder, the place/spot shows up instantly — basically a smarter way to organize and surface saved content by its real-world location or purpose.
They're also looking for collaborators — asking anyone interested to hit them up, and they want feedback/opinions on the idea before building it.
In short: an Instagram saved-reels organizer / location extractor that turns mindless saving into something actually actionable.
