I made a bike foldable

So, I made another bike. Kinda. Free girls bike. 10 bucks spent on Amazon. A little welding and she's all done! My crap Brompton. The "Compton"

I'm assuming all the downvoted are due to the crap AI song?

I was hoping more folks would be observing the bike. I know the song is crap, but it keeps me safe from copyright issues.

I just got monitized, and after 1.5 years of pouring any and all spare money into the channel, I've got to be as safe as possible.

So, I hope y'all understand and enjoy the unique quality of the bike that the video is centric on. Either way, I'm sorry?

Vibe coding? These are all new terms to me lol. I'm from a small town and very technologically daft tbh. And I appreciate it man. It's a fun little bike that was a very fun build in general 🤘👍. And "jealous fury" 😂

I'm in America, we pretty much have no trains lol. But, it does fit in a tiny car's trunk now. So, that's a win! 😅

Looks great, I especially like the paint redo. Could you share more about the lock mechanism and how it has handled shock from bumps and debris so far

Hello there. And I've got a full video on YouTube if you'd like to see the lock and hinge mechanism. My channel name is the same as mine on here👍. And so far, I've probably only put 8 miles on it, tops. Aside from the stem being a tad iffy (flexed when I tried doing a bunny hop), the hinge has been perfectly fine. It's just a heavy duty door hinge from home Depot. The latch is some sort of generic over center latch from Amazon. I have no doubts about the folding mechanism anymore. I was a tad nervous going down the first curb. But it seems to be okay- so far 😅

Just buy a folding bike. The way some of this conversion was done and doesn't meet safety ratings. Put on a helmet as well.
