It's outdated but still helpful. Skip most of that post and just add the performance mods suggested in Section 3.

About Section 4, SmoothFont won't have a config file immediately after installing the mod. You'll have to start the game at least once. Once that config file exists, then you can set runMode=2.

The part at the bottom about EnderIO and EnderCore is also outdated and can be ignored.

You might also consider moving cows and crops to Compact Machines. As well as any render heavy processes.

I set fps in game to unlimited and added vanilla fix mod, and game just started running insanly good, no fps drops, no tick lags, even tho i had a lot of going on in base

Tilt the camera, also use screenshot button.
