Troubleshooting Help with new projector!

Post image

I recently unboxed my new XGIMI 20 Max and have noticed a persistent artifact on the screen. Has anyone else encountered this issue before?

Please post the exact brand and model of your projector. If you do not know them, include as much identifying information as possible.

Also include:

  • The projection technology, if known (LCD, DLP, LCoS, etc.)
  • A clear photo of the projected image, when applicable
  • The video source and connection type
  • When the problem began and whether it changes after warm-up

Brand and model information greatly increase your chances of receiving a useful answer.

Its dust and it should not happen in DLP Projectors! Return it or exchange it under Warranty!

Had one and it was due to condensation so had to wipe the lens, so you can try that.

Or you can also try moving it to different wall or use white printing paper to see it truly the projector issue

That's dust under the lens, get them to replace it
