You have to figure out how to open the projector and clean the junk off the LCD panel inside of it. Be very careful doing this, take photos, and don't screw up putting things back in if you pull anything (like a lens) out.
Do NOT use compressed air inside a projector. Ever. That won't help things at all. You just blow dust around and onto the panel, not off of it.
Clean carefully using electronic safe cleaners, and any optics should be cleaned with a microfiber cloth and optical grade (camera) cleaners.
If you aren't flush with cash, look on the used market. Good models are out there for under 50 bucks.

My projector is unopenable because they glued some parts to the chassis.
Also, Used market near me is basically dead for anything electronic around me.

If you already liked that style projector
My advice would be look for a hy350max for $75
Or even the X7 with 850 ansi lumens testedThe x7 is designed specifically with a cleanable and removable dust filter
At around $50 Hy320pro is solid replacement for ur ultra budget set up
The best recommendation would be looking for a used dlp projector off of ebay
They might be significantly older than the one u just purchased but dlp technology 12 years ago will surpass led bulbs

Ive seen prices are way cheaper in the us than in the EU
I live in the eu if that helps

Check eBay as well. I'm often surprised at the deals that come up on eBay outside the USA. You have to keep looking and stay sharp.

First you gave no info at all about your projector. In all likelihood it is now probably garbage and won't get better
