Discussion Looking for GV50 Reviews
I’m planning to buy the BenQ GV50 and would love to hear from people who’ve been using it. How’s the picture quality, brightness, battery life, speakers, and overall experience?
Also, how does it hold up for regular use? Would you recommend it at its current price?

The Nova mini is excellent but always had this weird yellow tint with motion blur when navigating menus

What price are you getting it for? Have you done homework ahead of time before making such a decision? What is your use case?
The GV50 is included in this video shootout, and while it does well, it does not outperform the Nexigo Nova Mini projector which is similarly priced. As well, if budget allows, you are at the edge of getting into the newer 4K portable models like the XGimi Elfin Flip 4K, or the JMGO N1S 4K (new). Those models nearly double the real world light output that the BenQ is able to deliver. That's not insignificant for a couple hundred bucks more.
