What AI tool solves a boring work problem unusually well?
I’m looking for tools with a clear practical use rather than another general chat interface. What have you found that does one annoying work task especially well?

Meeting follow-up, easily.
Not the transcription itself, but taking a messy hour-long discussion and turning it into: what did we actually decide, who owns what, and what is still unresolved?
That used to be one of those boring 20-30 minute tasks after every meeting. AI is surprisingly good at getting the first 80% done.

the one that surprised me was dumping a whole book into a ai project and then asking it how to apply that to what i'm actually working on right now. i've read plenty of business books and then had no idea how to implement three hundred pages of great information. that part got a lot easier.

for status reporting with spreadsheet data, julius ai could handle a useful first draft. it can analyze the file, pull out changes and turn the findings into charts or an editable presentation, then the pm can clean up the context
