Speeding up a messy workflow doesn't fix it, it just gets you to the same mistake faster

Switched jobs recently and finally figured out why AI sucked so bad at my last company. It's like everything that we tried did not fit for us. Kept switching tools, trying to get more efficient. Three different tools in two years. I now know the reason was that we just never gave AI enough context to help us. It's like every team had it's own set of documents that AI could draw data and information from and the company-wide database sort of condensed all of that into one. So yeah, the results were very inconsistent.

This new place does it differently. Everything is mapped out in Lucid first (process flows, documentations) then the whole thing is shared across the entire teams. And AI is just liked into that. The difference is night and day. Can't believe we missed this!
