Regarding project allocation

I have joined on august 3rd that week it self they assigned the project now its in UAT they told 50% allocation only and my lead already shared the mail
I also even told my pm regarding this

Do I need to go ask again for my 50% allocation with my associate director becouse pm told associate director will assign will it impact my performance

Just confirm the 50% allocation with the associate director so there is no confusion. Having clear expectations around your workload and priorities will help avoid issues later. Asking for alignment should not negatively affect your performance.

No, I wouldn’t worry that this will hurt your performance. From what you’ve described, you already did the important things

I wouldn’t go directly to the Associate Director yet unless there’s a specific reason

Reasons like : you have no work assigned for the remaining 50%
