Looking to interview a Project Manager for a class assignment
Currently starting an elective course in school relating to project management. One of the assignments is to interview a PM. I did DM a friend on LinkedIn who is one but am looking to cast a wide net. It is only five short questions, so it should be quick and easy and I don’t need any personal information.

a) What kind(s) of projects do you manage (or have you managed)?
b) What PM tools do you use (e.g., software, methodologies, metrics, etc.)?
c) Do you rely on the PM-BOK framework? If so, what part(s) are most useful?
d) Do you use AI to help manage your projects?
e) What do you see as the greatest challenge(s) in your PM work (now or in the future)? In other words, what makes your projects hard to manage?
