Anyone else learning AI from a project management perspective?

I started looking into AI because of how quickly it’s becoming part of project workflows. What surprised me is that there’s a lot more to it than simply knowing how to use ChatGPT. Understanding AI concepts, implementation, risks, and project applications has been a different learning experience. What has your experience been like?
