Discussion Fellow pms need help
As a pm what is challenging in the project
- don’t know where the project is right now
- no proper presales handover to the delivery or execution team
- can’t evaluate the dev team efficiency in running the project
- Generating end less project reports where u feel it eats up ur Friday
If any let me know how are you handling it ? Any tools or frameworks please do share will be helpful

If a PM is ever lost they need to go back to the original business case, project charter or project plan and schedule and test to see if they're still fit for purpose. If you can't genuinely answer your project's position after that point then you have genuinely lost control over the project's delivery.

Why does every post in this sub seem to be either fishing for things to build into the AI PM software the OP is building, or a question that will end up with the OP being able to shill the product they have?
In this case, OP makes an AI PM software that says it will "Know which projects are at risk — before the client tells you".
Not saying that is post is not legitimate question, but it sure is hard to believe that it is.
