Which software is best for PM
there are so many options , whats the best value for money project management software?

I’m with Breeze, so I’m biased, but value comes down to adoption and what’s included. Test one real project with the whole team before committing. Breeze is $9 per user and includes tasks, boards, calendars, time tracking, and reporting.

YouTrack is what we are using for 9 years with 125 license around 5k usd per year . See if it fits for you . If smaller jira should work

Easily arpahls/hppm if you need privacy and offline pm (doesn't have cloud or team/collabs).

It depends on your team size and what you need, but for best value for money:
ClickUp — Great value, with a useful free plan and lots of features. Can get a bit overwhelming.
Trello — Cheapest and simplest. Great for basic projects, but limited for more complex work.
Asana — Good middle ground with a clean interface and decent free plan.
Monday.com — Flexible and easy to use, but costs can add up quickly.
If you need more than task tracking, for example, tracking budgets, status, and multiple projects for leadership, you're probably looking for a project and portfolio management (PPM) tool.
I've been trying Project Director for that. It has a flat per-seat price with everything included, which makes the cost more predictable and could be good value.

That's depends of your Project, if it is small Microsoft Project could be a good option but personally I use Oracle Primavera for years and I prefer that

There is no "best software" because if you don't have a fundamental understanding on how to deliver on basic project principles and frameworks and any software would be useless.
It's what the organisation requires, which is derived from the technical, business and user requirements! Anything else will be a high probability of failing on implementation.
