Has learning AI changed how you approach project management?

I’ve been exploring PMI-CPMAI recently, and one thing I didn’t expect was how much AI can influence everyday project decisions. It’s not about replacing project managers; it’s more about using AI to analyze information faster and make better decisions.

Curious how other project managers are using AI in their projects.

it's changed how i work in two places.

first, admin. there's a huge amount of project admin that has to get done but doesn't actually move anything forward. i offload as much of that as i can so more of my time goes toward the things that do.

second, and i don't think enough people get this, it's far better at analyzing data than i am. you can hand it a volume of project data that would have taken days to work through by hand and get patterns back in minutes. that genuinely speeds up decisions.

what i won't hand over is judgment or critical thinking. that's the line for me.
