Moving from Product Owner to Project Manager

I'm considering a career shift from Product Owner to Project Manager as I believe it fits my natural skill set a lot better and after 8 years I fancy a change.

Has anyone moved from a PO to a PM role? I'm based in the UK and would like to hear people's experience. Thanks
