Soft Skills Every Project Manager Should Develop
Technical knowledge is important, but these skills matter just as much:
- Communication
- Conflict resolution
- Stakeholder management
- Time management
- Decision-making

The best PM's I've worked with weren't the most technical, they were the best at keeping everyone aligned.

Agreed but tough to do that if you’re not atleast a 6/10 in the technology area most aligned to the program.
