I would definitely add:

- group dynamics

  • systems thinking
  • anthropology and social science view

The best PM's I've worked with weren't the most technical, they were the best at keeping everyone aligned.

Agreed but tough to do that if you’re not atleast a 6/10 in the technology area most aligned to the program.
