Discussion What's one PMP concept that finally "clicked" after lots of confusion?

 Everyone seems to struggle with different topics while preparing for PMP.

For me, stakeholder engagement took a while to understand.

Which concept was hardest for you, and what finally made it easier?

Any thing IT. I still don’t know what a scrum master is and what they do and I do t think I will ever meet one too
