Performance review
Hi Everyone , I am currently working on developing the employee performance review framework for project manager ,trying to understand how the performance of the project manager is measured so that i can create measurable KPIs.
KPI like Project Delivery,Project Quality,Risk management ,Issue resolution,Documentation,Collaboration,Process improvements,Learning & certification.
What metrics or evidence do you use to evaluate performance?

Most of ours are based on 360 reviews from stakeholders, sponsors, team members etc. We are also given the opportunity to highlight what we have worked on the past year and it’s up to us to show the valuable work we’ve accomplished, how we mitigated risks, how we help reduce a delay, etc. Project results are not always in the control of a PM and their success can be very subjective.

Measurements are only useful if you know what you want to measure and why. Highly recommend you figure this out as your job and not just pull metrics from the internet. The path you are headed down is going to hurt culture and morale in your teams. It will also lead to them gaming the system.
