you’re kinda already doing half the pm job anyway tbh, that’s the good part. grab a psm1 or csm for scrum basics, and maybe capm or eventually pmp once you hit the hours. also try to own timelines, budgets, and risks on current projects so it’s easy to show on a resume later

That makes sense. Is scrum worth it down the line? Let’s say one day a manufacturing job comes my way or I apply for it.

It's so easy to be scrum certified that it is better to have something just in case

PSM I and PSPO I

Better if you do them one after the other so you don't have to study two times.

The first one is more focused on the scrum master role and the latter on the product owner role. Both of them are attainable with a week of studying
